We do not collect payment card information directly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

• Assessment delivery — to review your property details and prepare an accurate soft wash quote.
• Scheduling follow-up — to contact you by phone or email to confirm details and schedule your service.
• Service communication — to send appointment reminders, updates, or follow-up information related to your job.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you receive a follow-up from us, it is because you submitted a request or are an existing client.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Period.

The only third-party services that may receive limited data are:

• Web3Forms — receives your assessment submission to deliver it to our inbox. They do not store or use your data beyond delivery.
• Stripe — processes payments securely. They are PCI-compliant and have their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may collect anonymized browsing data. You can opt out via your Facebook ad settings.

We retain your contact information for as long as needed to complete your service and any follow-up. If you would like your information removed from our records, email us and we will delete it within 7 business days.
